This card is so colorful and cute. One of my recent favorites. It was inspired by a fellow demonstrator Melissa Davies. I used the Pennant parade stamp set with the Pennant punch. Of course I had to add lots of texture of course.Had to send this one to Grandma Helen in TX for her bday.
